Frequently Asked Questions

This includes all questionnaires from quizzes, surveys, contests and faq.

Activate (green checkmark) / Deactivate (red cross) a questionnaire:

An activated questionnaire will be accessible to its rewritten address available in its general configuration sheet at the bottom.

A deactivated questionnaire in the Enabled column no longer appears anywhere on the Front Office.

The option List Enabled (green checkmark) / Disabled (red cross):

In the case of activation, the questionnaire is allowed to appear in the list page accessible to the rewritten Url configured in the general configuration of the SEO.

Deactivation means that the questionnaire does not appear in list page.

The option Blocks Enabled (green checkmark) / Disabled (red cross):

In the case of activation, the questionnaire is allowed to appear in the general blocks activated in the general configuration of the Front (left, right, home page and footer)

Deactivation causes it to not appear in general blocks.

Pop-up Enabled (green checkmark) / Disabled (red cross):

In the case of activation, the questionnaire is allowed to appear in the modal window which opens on the My Account page and the order confirmation page.

Deactivationcauses it to not appear in modal window.

Auto Start On option (green checkmark) / Off (red cross):

In the case of activation, the questionnaire will be activated automatically by the Cron task at the appropriate time.

If you activated it before (with the Enable option), nothing more will happen.

Deactivation will prevent the questionnaire from automatically activating if it has not yet been activated, otherwise it will not change anything.

To disable a quiz started, disable it with the Enabled column option.

The position :

It is faithfully reproduced in the display of the page list of questionnaires (quizzes, surveys, contests or faq), in the general blocks and the modal window.

The Revival column:

It is empty as long as the questionnaire has not expired (that of a faq will always remain empty because the faq do not have an expiration date).

When a questionnaire expires, 2 solutions:

You want to protract it, in this case increase the duration in its configuration and reactivate it if it has been disabled by the Cron task.

You want to start off again on a new campaign by keeping the data collected during the previous campaign, in this case click the Revival button that appeared in this column.

A modal window of transition appears telling you what you're about to do.

If you want you can quit by clicking Stop, the window closes and nothing will happens.

If you click OK, the current form will be archived and will no longer be displayed in this list, you can find it in the list of forms on the Multiquiz administration page in the Customers tab (see the related documentation) .

A clone will be created (true copy of the questionnaire without participant data).

This clone is modifiable, it reacts like a new questionnaire virgin of any participation.

The Edit button:

A click on this will take you to the specific configuration pages for each questionnaire.

The Delete button:

At the click, if the questionnaire is not a faq, this button does not completely delete the questionnaire and its data, it simply archives it and it remains displayed in the list of questionnaires on the Multiquiz administration page on the Clients tab (see the related documentation ).

If the questionnaire is a faq, it is deleted definitively.
