Winners Configuration Tab.

Unlike quizzes, you could not choose gifts in the treatments retained in the previous step, except in the Lost or Thankful treatment that will be displayed in this case (contest) to all participants once their answers are recorded.

It is here therefore that you will decide on the prize(s) distributed to the winners.

First, you must decide on the number of winners to reward.

To do so, enter the number of winners in the Number of Winners field and click OK.

A list consisting of as many lines as selected winners appears ranked by rank.

Rank 1 being the first winner, the second the second, etc.

You must now choose the treatment corresponding to the fact of winning in the first list next to the rank.

Only active treatments are in this list, the Lost or Thanks treatment does not appear.

In the following list, you can choose a rescue treatment

If the first treatment does not find enough winners compared to the number of winners configured, it is this rescue treatment that will be applied to the search for the remaining winners.

Then, for each rank, you must choose a gift (identical or different by rank).

You can delete winners by clicking on the button at the end of the line, starting with the last one and so on.

You can add winners by changing the number of winners and clicking Ok.

The sorting process of the winners:

The fastest: the response time of the participants is timed, the hierarchy of the winners is therefore made by the time obtained.

If participants are ex aequo, it is their date and time: minute: second of their participation which decide between them, the first having participated has the advantage.

Toss: This will be done only at the end of the contest (automatic or manual stop), it concerns the participants  who answered correctly in relation to the chosen treatment.

You have after a number of options that all depend on the first option:

Automatic processing, if you answer No for this option, all others disappear.

This means that once the contest has been completed (the total: start date + duration is exceeded or stopped manually), you will need to go to the Multiquiz administration page of the Clients tab (see the documentation on it) for Manage the sorting of winners as well as the options that will be described below.

If you answer Yes to automatic processing, you must set the following options:

E-mails to winners:

If you activate this option, at the end of the contest, regardless of the choice of process (the fastest or toss), an e-mail is sent to all winners to inform them.

If you do not enable this option, you can enable it later from the Multiquiz administration page on the Clients tab.

The template of this e-mail can be modified in the translations of the e-mails of the module Multiquiz, it is called: mail_winners

E-mails to losers:

This option is identical to the previous one but it is for the losers.

The template of this e-mail can be modified in the e-mail translations of the Multiquiz module, it is named: mail_losers

Publication of results:

If you enable this option, publication of the results will be triggered once the contest is over and the winners have been found.

Only the first name and the initial of the last name of winners will be visible in front.
