If for any reason you no longer wish to offer questionnaires to your customers, you have three possibilities:

You can disable the module by clicking on the button ad hoc, no questionnaire will appear at the front office of the site.

You can uninstall the module by clicking on the button ad hoc, this does not erase the data related to the questionnaires in the database, a simple reinstallation will allow you to recover them.

If you want to delete everything, including the data in the database, log on to your server's phpmyadmin and delete all tables starting with your prefixe_arf _..., for example with the prefix ps this gives ps_arf, ps_arf_lang, ps_arf_shop, ...
