Frequently Asked Questions

1 - RUBRIC

Before you start entering your questions and answers in the "Configuration of the questionnaire" of Multiquiz module, it is mandatory to create an Rubric.

- 1 - Name: (I give one name to the rubric)

- 2 - Contents: I do a copied / pasted of the description text that I prepared in frame "content".

- 3 - Add File: I upload the picture I chose for the section.
To do this I click "add file", then "DOWNLOAD FILE TO SERVER".
      
- 4 - Image size: I choose to resize the width or height if necessary and tape the size chosen for the selected resizing.

- 5 - Image Caption: I give a name to my image

- 6 - Only the image: I keep default value "NO" because I want my text to appear.

- 7 - Visible: I keep the default value which is "YES" because I want my section to appear in the quiz.

I finished filling out my rubric, I click "save" at the bottom right.

2 - QUESTIONS / ANSWERS

Now that we have created our Rubric and we recorded it, we can fill our forms questions and answers.
There is a form to fill out for each question, and one form for each answer.
The easiest way is to treat every question with his answers.

QUESTION 1: I select "Question" by clicking it.
The rubrique to which are attached my questions automatically appears in this form: * Rubric: section name created previously

- 1 - Internal reference: I write Q1 (for question 1)

- 2 - Short wording: I do not fill it because I choose the long wording in order to stylize my text (bold, color, italic ...)

- 3 - Long wording: I put my first question. I can stylize my text to my taste.

- 4 - Add a file: if I planned a picture to illustrate the question, so I proceed like for the section, otherwise I pass everything about this.
      
- 5 - minimum number of responses: trimming the default is "1", it indicates that I want one answer required. If this were not the case, and the answer not mandatory, I would type 0.

- 6 - Maximum number of responses: trimming the default is "1", I want one answer only. If I allow multiple answers, I indicate how many.

I finished filling out my first question, I click "save" at the bottom right.

FIRST ANSWER / QUESTION 1: I select "Answer" by clicking it.
The question that is related to my first answer automatically appears in this form: * question1

- 1 - Short wording: I do not fill it because I choose the long wording in order to stylize my text (bold, color, italic ...)

- 2 - Long wording: I write the first answer. I can stylize my text to my taste.
            
- 3 - Add file: if I planned a picture to illustrate the answer, so I proceed like for the section, otherwise I pass everything about this.

- 4 - Group letters or number of points: as it is a test, results processing is done in groups by letters.
      
I am writing to which group belong this answer: A, B, C ...
      
I finished filling out my first answer, I click "save" at the bottom right.

SECOND ANSWER / QUESTION 1: I select "Answer".
The question that is related to my second answer automatically appears in this form: * question1

- 1 - Short wording: I do not fill it because I choose the long wording in order to stylize my text (bold, color, italic ...)

- 2 - Long wording: I write the second answer. I can stylize my text to my taste.
            
- 3 - Add file: if I planned a picture to illustrate the answer, so I proceed like for the section, otherwise I pass everything about this.

- 4 - Group letters or number of points: as it is a test, results processing is done in groups by letters.

THIRD ANSWER / QUESTION 1: I select "Answer".
The question that is related to my third answer automatically appears in this form: * question1

- 2 - Long wording: I write the third answer. I can stylize my text to my taste.
            
- 3 - Add file: if I planned a picture to illustrate the answer, so I proceed like for the section, otherwise I pass everything about this.

- 4 - Group letters or number of points: as it is a test, results processing is done in groups by letters.
      
I am writing to which group belong this answer: A, B, C ...
      
I finished filling out my third answer, I click "save" at the bottom right.

If I planned 1 upper choice than 3 answers to my question, I create as many answers forms as necessary, as previously.
