Frequently Asked Questions

The first page is a list of all questionnaires as quizzes, surveys or contests containing various information and two buttons at end of the line.

In addition to the name, type, number of times it was played, you can see its status (in progress, finished or unlimited).

If it is a contest, the Stopped column will tell you if it has been stopped manually.

The In Test column tells you if the questionnaire is limited to access by IP address(s) (Configuring Questionnaire Participants).

The Archived column tells you if it has been archived from the list of module questionnaires.

The two buttons at end of the line (only one is visible, click on the arrow to see the second):

The View button will lead you to a page where you will find for all types of questionnaires:

A list of participants with various information sortable by name, e-mail, turnover on the site and date of participation.

A "Result of processing" block for quizzes and polls,

or a block almost identical to the winners' configuration for a contest.

The Delete button will delete all the data accumulated by the questionnaire during its existence, as well as the questionnaire itself after having asked you to confirm your choice to avoid any error because this operation is without simple return, or even without return at all if your database is not backed up regularly.

All treatments that have at least one result on participants' responses are listed with a checkbox to select them.

You can tick as many boxes as you want (for all you will have the complete list of participants).

Then, just click the View button in a list to see your selection.

You can also extract a file csv (separator ";" in UTF-8) which will allow you to keep this data on a spreadsheet or to launch a mailing from a mailing platform.

The Reset button allows you to delete the list and the selections made.

It is a little different, the selection is made by answer(s).

You can select as many answers as you want, from one to all (in this case you will have the complete list of participants).

Once your selection is made, it is the same procedure as for the quizzes, see a list and / or extract a csv file.

For a contest:

There is no sorting, but configuring the winners with additional options.

Any changes here has repercussions on the configuration of the contest winners in the module.

You can do the same thing with in addition the following possibilities:

In all cases :

Stop a contest, this one will not allow any more participation but will be displayed in Front with the mention "Waiting for the publication of the results".

No action will be made, if you have enabled automatic processing a button will appear to enable you to launch it whenever you want.

If you have not enabled automatic processing, the options will be available so that you can choose which ones you want to activate and a button to start the processing will be present.

The Stop and Proceed to treatment button is present only if you have chosen automatic processing:

It allows you to stop the contest and to start the final processing immediately, all the activated options will be executed and if you did not activate some of them, they will be available again.

If e-mail options to winners and / or losers were activated, e-mails were sent.

If this is not the case, a csv file is available for download for external management, but you can change your mind and send e-mails directly.

Same for publishing of results, if it was not enabled, you can still change your mind and publish them.
